WARRANTY

We are proud of our leather furniture and feel you will derive lasting satisfaction. The leather is soft and supple and will outlast other upholstery material. We stand behind our product by including the following terms and conditions of Texas Leather Co.'s various warranties:

5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The leather will not become hard

There will be no transfer of color

The leather will not tear under normal use

The finish will not peel from the leather

The finish will not show excessive cracks other than normal wrinkles from stretching.

Frame Construction Warranty

Our frames are constructed of selected kiln-dried hardwoods which are carefully assembled and reinforced with corner blocking to ensure a strong, durable seating unit. Texas Leather Co. offers a lifetime warranty to the original buyer against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use.

Cushion Construction Warranty

Texas Leather Co.'s foam cushions are constructed of polyurethane foam center core with a wrap of polyester fiber. The loss of resilience should not be confused with softening and flattening of polyester fiber and foam that will occur as: a result of normal use and aging. All foam will soften and will not be considered a defect. Texas Leather Co. offers a lifetime warranty for the life of the product under normal use.

Mattress Mechanisms Warranty

Texas Leather Co. uses inner spring sleeper mattresses and top quality mechanisms to provide the most comfort available in upholstered furniture. Texas Leather Co. warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the original retail purchase date. This also applies on our electric motor and it's parts.

Feather and Down Warranty

Texas Leather Co. uses a high density polyurethane foam core inserted in an envelope filled with down and feathers. Texas Leather Co. warranties the down and feathers against leakage for the life of the product under normal use.

Service Policy

Should service under this warranty be necessary, the purchaser must contact the authorized dealer of purchase. The dealer or our company representative will determine if repair or exchange is necessary.
